Nice to meet you! My name is Vale and I am a Nail Artist living in the Beautiful British Columbia, Canada.
Even though my professional background was for many years in the tourism industry, I discovered my love for art at an early age; while painting the walls of my bedrooms in every house I lived and designing my own cute manicures with tiny drawings, challenging and developing my skills more and more; although I always saw this as a hobby.
One day I took courage to leave my country of birth and took a plane to Canada, so I had to start over. From that moment I decided to follow my real passion, Nail Art.​

Being a Nail Artist is super fun, nevertheless the intricate designs on tiny little canvases, specially when nowadays it is very common to do a different design on each nail, require a certain organization from us. So every time I had a nail appointment with a client, I always needed to sketch the design beforehand and prepare all the materials; this factor made me perform better because I had all the elements I needed ready to work and had a 'picture' on paper that helped me to decide which steps to follow according to every nail design.

On the other hand, I was always writing down my everyday tasks on any notebook or piece of paper I had near me, and at one point, I decided to purchase a planner to organize what was my new business and life.
I fell in love with the creativity and the options available in the market so I purchased one for my personal life, one for my business and one for my finances. Even though I loved the 3 of them, I was struggling to keep up and realized that sometimes I didn't even update all that was going on into my 3 planners, therefore they were not fulfilling their purpose for me.

It was sad to realize there were several untouched pages and that, apart from spending a lot of money every year with new planners, I was not doing any favour to the planet with the pages unused, so I stopped purchasing planners for the following year and decided to cover the dates of those pages with stickers to finally use them. This worked for a lot of time but one day I saw on the internet that digital planners existed and my world changed.

I purchased one basic undated digital planner; I loved the idea of reusing it every year, and that by taking that decision I was not only saving money, but now I was helping the environment by going paperless!...Soon I had a magical moment in my head:​

"What about learning how to do digital planners to create one that fits my needs as a Nail Artist but that also could help me with organizing my life, business and finances?
Wouldn't it be nice to also have a place to sketch my nail designs that won't go to the garbage and can be saved for future recreations?"

A couple of months later, in October 2022, Vale Rouge Digital Sweets was born. My digital planner have been helping me to stay on track with every aspect of my life and hopefully it can help you to manifest your plans too!
